Dr.Judith Kravitz is the co-creator of the Transformational Breath® process and the founder of the Transformational Breath® Foundation, she was born and lives in the United States.

In 1979, Judith was diagnosed with a throat cancer and then she decided to use the diaphragmatic breath, some other natural modalities plus the help of the Divine, and she healed herself of cancer  without any use of drugs or surgery.

Soon after, she created a foundation and decided to devote her life to train other people about this technic.

Dr. Judith Kravitz first experienced conscious breathwork in the mid-seventies through the breathing practice known as Rebirthing. As Judith began breathwork with her clients, she had insights to make it more effective, powerful and lasting. She has integrated various principles from her doctoral studies in metaphysics, Kundalini Yoga, breath analysis, sound healing, body mapping plus other healing and spiritual principles into the most therapeutic Breathwork training system known today (Transformational Breath®).

WHAT IS?

Transformational Breath® is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.

An open breath causes an activation in our physical, mental/emotional and spriitual levels. Connecting these three together and reminding us of our multidimensional being.
